  • Manage project scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate activities across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service teams.
  • Monitor project performance and implement recovery plans when risks to delivery arise.
  • Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Lead change management processes related to scope, schedule, design, quantity, or customer-requested modifications.
  • Evaluate and communicate the operational and financial impact of project changes.
  • Escalate commercial risks and recommend solutions to leadership when necessary.

Mitigate Risks and Resolve Issues

  • Maintain clear visibility of project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
  • Proactively identify potential obstacles and drive timely resolution.
  • Facilitate collaboration across teams to solve complex cross-functional challenges.
  • Escalate critical issues appropriately to protect project objectives and customer commitments.

Deliver Project Visibility and Governance

  • Provide clear, concise, and actionable project updates to customers, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Maintain project schedules, documentation, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Utilize Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint to support collaboration and reporting.
  • Support project reviews, audits, governance requirements, and portfolio reporting activities.

Improve Processes and Drive Continuous Improvement

  • Capture lessons learned and implement best practices across future projects.
  • Leverage data, automation, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools to enhance reporting, visibility, and decision-making.
  • Help scale project management practices that support business growth and customer success.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence outcomes without direct authority.
  • Understanding of project financials, change management, forecasting, and commercial project controls.
  • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to bring structure and clarity to complex projects.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and competing priorities.
  • Skilled at driving accountability, alignment, and results across diverse teams.
