Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Distribution & Logistics Teams manage the efficient flow of goods, services and information between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements or internal business objectives. They create integrated processes among internal functions such as operations, purchasing and logistics, and outside suppliers. They also focus resources on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through various production processes, and establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting to measure actual performance against goals on a regular basis.

 

The cycle counter will be responsible for monitoring warehouse and production inventory, perform cycle counting duties to ensure reflect and validate any inventory discrepancies to sustain a healthy inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities: 
•     Work on daily Inventory counts based on the Cycle count calendar.
•    Special counts for specific Areas (System Vs real) Location Audits.
•    Wall to wall counts (for a specific part numbers) reconcile the system VS real.
•    Assist the inventory Analyst for special activities.
•    Discrepancies research and validation
•    Any other tasks or projects assigned by supervisor or Manager.

 

Schedule:
Full time hours from 10:00 AM – 7:00pm. 
This position will be 8am – 5pm during the training period 1 or 2 weeks.

 

What your background should look like:

High school diploma or equivalent required.  

 

Skills:
•    Self-driven, understand the daily goals and make sure to complete it.
•     Always follow up safety regulations.
•    Results driven.
•    Familiar with Microsoft excel. 
•    Any SAP experience it helps.
•    Be able to drive a Stand-Up order picker forklift.

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $35,360-53,040 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
