Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Datacenter Laborer to join our team. This role is crucial in assisting with various production and operational tasks, ensuring that all activities are completed efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor tasks, including lifting, loading, and unloading materials; stocking bins; moving cable racks to and from labs; and cutting MV cables.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively as required.
- Assist skilled tradespeople and team leaders with various projects and tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tools and equipment.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe workplace.
- Report any safety hazards or issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
What your background should look like
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous labor experience in a production or industrial setting is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team.
Required Skills:
- Strong physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 40 lbs regularly).
- Comfortable working in lab environments under varying conditions.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $38,200 – 57,300 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
