Job Overview
The Energize Transformation Program Leader will report directly to the Energy HR Vice President and will serve as the program leader for Energize, a bold, multi-year enterprise transformation designed to modernize operations, strengthen customer focus, and enable scalable, reliable growth as energy demand accelerates with a strong culture aligned to our values. This role partners closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders to drive alignment, mitigate risk, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate brings deep project management expertise, exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, and a strong ability to communicate across technical and non-technical audiences. Experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly desirable.
This role is critical to advancing the Energy Business Unit’s strategic priorities and delivering sustainable transformation across the 3 key pillars: Culture, Organization (Functional Excellence), and Process. The successful candidate will lead both cultural and operational transformation, strengthening the Energy BU culture by embedding a customer-centric mindset, driving functional excellence, and accelerating operating cadence through end-to-end process and capability enhancement. The global scope spans enterprise-level change, cross-functional execution, and measurable business impact aligned to strategic objectives.
Job Requirements
Program Leadership
- Lead the global design, coordination, and execution of the Energy Business Unit’s transformation program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and disciplined delivery of milestones and outcomes.
- Manage and Execute an integrated, multi-year program roadmap, including governance models, KPIs, dependencies, and change management execution plans.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to senior and executive leadership, providing data-driven insights, structured recommendations, and clear decision frameworks.
- Ensure transformation initiatives remain strategically aligned, operationally practical, and scalable across all workstreams and regions with consistent communication.
Cross-Functional Execution & Delivery
- Lead and orchestrate a core, cross-functional team of functional leaders and subject matter experts accountable for delivering priority workstreams and program outcomes.
- Drive rigorous execution discipline by monitoring progress against defined objectives, timelines, and success measures.
- Proactively identify risks, interdependencies, and constraints; resolve roadblocks and escalate critical issues to executive sponsors as needed.
- Directly lead high-impact projects within the broader transformation portfolio to maintain momentum and ensure value realization.
- Support Lean principles and the TEOA framework consistently across transformation activities, partnering closely with corporate, operational, and field teams.
Stakeholder & Change Leadership
- Build and sustain strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders, executive sponsors, and functional stakeholders across the organization.
- Design and facilitate executive-level and cross-functional workshops to shape strategy, align priorities, and drive ownership of transformation initiatives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication, engagement, and change strategies that promote transparency, alignment, and adoption of new ways of working.
- Serve as a visible champion of transformation, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and learning.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Establish and manage robust dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track program KPIs, milestones, and business impact.
- Provide clear, concise, and data-driven updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Monitor resource utilization, benefits realization, and sustainability of outcomes to ensure long-term value delivery.
What your background should look like
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required;
- Master’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred
Experience & Expertise
- 10+ years of progressive project and program management experience, leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in matrixed and/or global organizations.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide transformation or large-scale change programs, with measurable business outcomes.
- Proven strength in stakeholder management, including the ability to influence senior leaders, align competing priorities, and build trust across functions.
- Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation), with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong execution orientation, combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery discipline.
- Experience in energy, industrial, technology, or global manufacturing environments strongly preferred, with manufacturing or operational exposure considered a plus.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $156,000 - 195,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
