The Energy Business Unit’s Marketing Team is a dynamic and diverse team seated in five different countries and representing seven cultures. We’re looking for a new a new team member to contribute to our success as we support business growth in the renewables, utilities and industrial vertical segments. Position Overview
The Global Integrated Marketing Program Specialist is responsible for developing, managing and executing integrated marketing campaigns and communications programs for the Energy Business Unit (BU) across all media. This role will focus primarily on integrated marketing strategies with select electrical distribution channel partners (55% of revenue stream) that align with and promote the BU’s business goals and priorities. She/he will collaborate closely with team colleagues, Distribution Sales and Distribution Partners globally to prioritize, define, implement and track the effectiveness of coop-funded promotional activities. Additionally, she/he will act as the lead for branding and co-branding topics, and will execute go-to-market activities across North, Central and South America. These activities include localization of content, sales enablement, events, seminars, webinars and paid media programs.
The ideal candidate will be self-directed and able to flawlessly execute on a variety of projects while partnering with multiple stakeholders. She/he have experience working in an international, matrixed organization and will be expert at communicating in written, oral and online forms. Fluency in English and Spanish are required. This position will report to the Director of Global Integrated Marketing. 

What your background should look like:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing or communications
  • 6+ years of integrated marketing experience in an international B2B or technology company with demonstrated success in distribution marketing.
  • Proven ability to translate strong business acumen and knowledge of market influences into effective marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Track record of developing and managing impactful campaigns across the marketing mix, from digital to print
  • Skilled in project management and managing multiple, complex projects simultaneously
  • Experience providing direction to agencies and managing vendor relationships and budgets
  • Analytical competency and ability to work with data.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Experience with sales and marketing automation systems (SalesForce) and content management systems (AEM, Eloqua). 
  • Experience with Adobe Marketing tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus
