Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Sales and Marketing Teams are responsible for the sales and marketing of TE's products, systems or services including sales oriented activities, market development and communications.

Job Responsibilities

  • Customer portal management
  • Chargeback's reconciliation
  • A/R
  • Pricing and sample requests
  • SFDC admin support – dashboard/pipeline views – SFDC Super User
  • Reporting, accuracy verification, forecasting
  • Market Insights
  • Research open data sources to validate TERP, forecast models, manufacturing, competition
  • Quote processing
  • Channel support
  • POS analysis
  • Revenue reporting
  • Provide global accuracy on total business served


What your background should look like:

•Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing or related field.
•At least 3 years marketing experience in technology based B2B marketing with expertise in product marketing / product management including a demonstrated ability to produce effective strategies and creative marketing materials desirable.
•Strong business acumen with experience and understanding of analytics that drive market strategy and campaign effectiveness.
•Demonstrable experience in developing strong, clear and measurable marketing strategies, goals and plans that are aligned with those of the company.
•Proven track record in working with technical teams to translate technology to differentiated solutions, consistent with the needs of customers.
•Experience with the full marketing mix including direct marketing, web/digital marketing, media planning and advertising, and collateral production. Must demonstrate strong digital marketing acumen and expertise in complex global B2B environments.
•Ability to learn sales and marketing systems such as SalesForce.com, Eloqua and Adobe suites.
•Excellent written and oral communications skills.
•An expert communicator with the ability to articulate business strategies and technical concepts both in written and verbal form.
•Experience working with vendors – agencies, editors, photographers, designers, printers – including negotiations and project supervision. Strong project management skills.
•Previous experience working internationally a strong plus.
