Job Overview

Prepares financial reports; performs variance analysis, market research and financial analysis; prepares budgets; assists with close processes as well as budgeting, forecasting, and building financial models; assists with financial planning.

Job Requirements

  • Responsible for monthly DDN global DC operation financial closing process including the development and execution of analytics to provide concise explanations of key drivers for variances across Ops finance owned P&L lines (DC conversation spending for labor cost and recovery var analysis), PPV analysis & other PL items deep dive.
  • Prepare for monthly/quarterly financial FCST process mainly on global DC manufacturing variance and FCST review package, BU required submission preparation.
  • DC cost contact window, support for interim cost change and PN std cost inquiry from various functions.
  • Coordinate annual budget and re-costing process, responsible for DC burden rate evaluation, re-costing impact analysis.
  • Business partnership for logistics team and DC warehouse team for exp. allocation and charge process, regularly review DC cost center properties.
  • Business partnership and development of actional analysis of business performance drives in support of BU central operation functions team on a timely basis.
  • Support for internal audit actions.
  • Follow up key projects including migration/footprint or others.
  • Any ad-hoc analysis to support business decision-making.

What your background should look like

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, major in accounting, financial management, auditing, statistics, with accounting qualification certificate.
  • Optimistic and positive, with a high sense of responsibility, adhering to principles, methodical work, coordination ability and team spirit.
  • At least 5 years work experience in Manufacturing company.
  • Proficient in Excel data analysis, experience in automation tools is preferred.
  • Good command of English both in oral and written.
