Job Overview
Propose and implement improvement to existing manufacturing processes (including process quality monitoring, customer complains/quality issue analysis and technical trainings) with the objective of meeting global TE and customers' quality and process requirements within established quality principles and department policies/procedures.
Job Requirements
People Management & Development
Allocate and balance work across direct reports; review and provide timely performance feedback to direct reports; mentor, develop and motivate them; help to resolve people/fuctional issue in the team in order to achieve targeted function performance goal.
Quality Control
(i) Conduct GRR, CPK analyse and reliability test during project pilot run, verify the on-going reliability performance, monitor the SPC control status during mass production in order to keep the product quality
(ii) Summary and analyze the daily quality performance, monitor the on site quality instruction execution, cooperate with SQE,component QA team or supplier to deal with in coming material quality issue; cooperate with ME or production relate team to deal with process issue, develop quality improvement action and follow-up in order to improve process quality and on time delivery.
(iii)Design go-nogo gauge to ensure the functional dimension 100% checked, audit & revise the process to prevent potential quality risk in order to improve out going quality.
Continuous Improvement
Organize and attend the daily quality review meeting to ensure the improvement actions are well implemented. Review the quality improvemnet and conduct the developing status in order to keep the quality level and reduce the cost continually
Customer complain
(i) Organize the quality complaint meeting, cooperate with relate function team to analyze the quality problem, develop corrective/preventive action plan and monitor the execution, initiate 8D report through TECHS(Tyco Electronics Complaint Handling System) in order to solve the quality complaint and response to customer on time, prevent same problem happen again.
(ii) Negotiate with customer in responsibility clarification and cost allocation, handle the RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) dispose in order to reduce the loss.
Documentation
(i) Develop the quality related document as QIP(Quality Inspection Plan),VA(Visual Aid) in order to give the clear quality guide line to QC & production departement and make work efficient.
(ii) Review & check the deviation request, scrap note, evaluate the quality risk in order to blance the quality & cost.
Reporting & Training
(i) Collect & prepare key products monthly performance and report section manager in order to present the quality performance.
(ii) Deliver technical training to QC base on training plan in order to identify, evaluate and drive subordinates performance

Associate degree major in mechanic engineering.
