Follow the new project pilot run ,establish the WI ,improve productivity, control and improve the mass production quality with the objective of ensuring  product quality within the policies, procedures and guidelines of Molding Department.

Job Requirements

New project pilot run 
(i)Set up the new mold;  
(ii)Follow up FAA process for copy mold; 
(iii)Work with MPDE to find out and slove the possible problem; 
in order to ensure the new project can be run smoothly.

Working instruction
(i) Set the work instruction(WI);
(ii) Monitor the process setting meet WI;
in order to control the product quality .

Mass production improvement
(i)Optimize process parameter;
(ii)Evaluate and drive improvement plan;
in order to step up the quality and improve productivity.

Customer service &Training 
(i)Important issue and advanced technique training ;
(ii)New product process training before mass production ;
in order to ensure the technician can slove the quality issue effectively.

EHS
(i)Strictly abide by company labor discipline, safety operation rules and EHS rules and regulations.
(ii)Wear and use labor protection equipment correctly.
(iii)Actively participate in various EHS activities and safety education training, actively participate in and achieve department EHS targets.

What your background should look like

1.Junior college of technical type, Major in Mold, Material or Mechanical; 
2.5 years and above working experience
