Job Overview
Leads, coordinates and manages - with the staff involved - the planning, organization and implementation of projects in tandem with business goals and objectives.
Job Requirements
- Monitoring of project scope, plans, costs, schedules, progress, deliverables, staffing and resource requirements.
- Reviewing project designs, approved methodologies, resource allocation, and estimates; and suggesting improvements if any.
- Managing project processes, delivery targets, deadlines, and compliance. Tracking overall project performance and productivity.
- Addressing internal or external issues / impediments, ensuring smooth cross-functional communication (internal and/or external) and supervising team(s) of individual contributors and/or supervisor(s)
What your background should look like
Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
