Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Manufacturing and Process Development Engineering Teams significantly impact LEANPD driven new product development projects, driving for excellence in existing manufacturing technologies and methods and striving to implement new manufacturing technologies to provide improved process and tolerance control. They act as the binding element between product development and manufacturing engineering, ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of this critical interface. They support Product Development in the optimization of designs and piece parts for manufacturability by realizing sample tooling/products/prototypes. They also design, develop, and qualify tooling and processes to meet TE quality and production standards, document all processes and tooling in applicable TE systems, support supply chain to verify supplier compliance and capability, initiate and implement programs to continuously improve quality, cost and cycle time and adhere to all appropriate specifications, regulatory requirements and customer requirements.

What your background should look like:

Responsibilities:
1.    高速连接器手工和半自动组装设备的调试,问题分析和改善(FACA),样品制作以及持续优化。
Assembly machine & process debugging, FACA, sample build and optimization together assy-MPDE.
2.    组装裁切/折弯模具的组立,维修,保养和相应文件的建立。
Cutting die & bending die assembly, repair, maintenance and relative document prepare.
3.    根据模具图纸(3D/2D)进行组装制程中的冲压模具组立工作,包括零件研配等。
New ASSY-die assembly based on Tooling drawing, include tool parts fitting, etc.
4.    针对试产过程中的问题进行组装制程工艺或模具调试,以及问题分析和改善方案, 完成FAAR/CPK/RDS等CTAR要求,完成验收工作。 
ASSY / Die parameters conditioning/debugging and trouble shooting and proposal action plan during the die sampling and pilot running ,complete FAAR/CPK and other CTAR requirements, and complete acceptance work.
5.    对新产品设计进行可制造性分析,从技术上领导团队进行BOP,DFM,PFMEA, 与产品研发合作并制定解决方案,确保制造工艺设计在产品需求上满足可制造性。
Perform manufacturability analysis on new product designs. As an assembly development engineer, lead the team technically to conduct BOP, DFM, PFMEA, and cooperate with product R&D for solutions, to ensure that the manufacturing process design meets manufacturability based on product requirements.
6.    参与组装产线用的cutting/bending die DFM ,模具设计评审并给与设计改善建议。配合模具 工程师完成 cutting/bending die 的模具验收工作
DFM / die design review, Support die MPDE for new tooling approval.

Qualifications:
1.    中专或大专及以上教育背景, 机械/机械电子/模具专业优先。学历越高越好。
Technical secondary school, junior college education background about mechanical, die design and   Manufacturing. The higher education level the better.
2.    积极主动,具备良好的团队合作及沟通协调能力, 能在压力下工作。
Proactive,  Good teamwork and communication skills, can work under pressure.
3.    3+ 精密连接器 冲压模具装配,组立,调试经验,有 HSIO模具或组装相关经验优先。
3+ yrs. in high precision die assembly and conditioning experience in Connector industry, especially HSIO die experience 
4.    很好地理解模具图纸,零件图,组立图,产品图。
Understood well about die drawing, include 3D, 2D dwg., Assy dwg., product dwg. 
5.    会操作使用冲压机和模具调试; 机加工工艺有了解。
Can operate stamping press and do die debugging; Know well about part fabrication process.
6.    良好的逻辑思维能力去做问题分析及改善方案(FACA)。
Good logic thinking and the capability on FACA.
7.    热爱学习和追求进步,有潜力培养成组装工程师或者冲压模具工程师。
Willing to learn; Potential develop to a ASSY-MPDE or Die-MPDE.
