Job Overview
Collaborates with multiple functions to resolve equipment and process issues and reviews timeliness and accuracy of process documentation.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Perform production processes as lead operator.
- Primary contact for the assigned team/process for basic technical or routine questions providing technical assistance and/or training when necessary.
- Provide training to all shift personnel regarding standard operating procedures and processing techniques
- Provide training to operators regarding quality procedures, including procedures pertaining to measure dimensions and containment of non-conforming materials
- Ensure job order and appropriate production process being followed by assigned employees Analyze and report production results (including concerns) to Supervisor
- Assist in production planning and resources allocation with Supervisor and other members of Leadership Staff
- Assist in the resolution of production process issues (workflow, re-work, first piece inspection, etc.)
- Lead process improvement projects within team.
- Other duties as assigned.
What your background should look like
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience required.
- Must be eligible to work under ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) compliance.
- Must have ability to lead and motivate a group of peers without direct supervision authority.
- Good track record of technical competence and/or leadership demonstrated through performance feedback.
- Working knowledge of production flow and processes
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) required for leading others.
- Basic computer skills including data entry, SAP manufacturing and ISO 9001 knowledge.
- Must be proficient in English language.

Education:
- Associate degree in manufacturing / Technology or a related field preferred.
- High school Diploma or GED required!

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $37,500 – $46,800 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
