What You'll DO:

• Carefully inspect and verify incoming goods using precision measurement tools

• Support in-process inspections across multiple product lines to maintain quality standards

• Perform First Article Inspections, including documentation per AS9102

• Accurately complete and file Quality records following Good Documentation Practices

• Use ERP systems (like SAP) for tracking and documentation

• Evaluate nonconforming materials and assist in determining next Steps

• Review product documentation and verify dimensions on received materials

• Assist with inspection programming and troubleshooting equipment as needed

• Communicate effectively with team members to keep inspection requests moving smoothly

• Participate in production floor inspections and support cross-functional teams

Schedule: First Shift Monday—Friday 7:00 AM 3:30 PM

What your background should look like:

 

• HS School degree or GED equivalent required 

• 6 months of quality inspection experience preferred

• Competent with Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to read and interpret prints and customer requirements

• Proficient with standard dimensional gages-caliper, micrometer, drop Indicator, comparator

• Proficient with Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), Vision Systems, Digital Optical Comparator, and other advanced measurement test equipment

• Basic understanding of Statistical Process Control

• Proven effective contributor in a team environment
