Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Procurement Business Process Teams develop and deploy procurement processes, systems, reporting and audits compliance.

 The Business Process Analyst provides data analysis and presentation for the Aerospace, Defense, and Marine (ADM) division specific to supplier compliance. He / She also has responsibility for intiatives to improve key performance indicators: supplier electronic profile completion, Product Environmental Compliance, training, audit support, and government flowdowns, to support ADM plant operations (internal customer). Additionally, he or she will help develop and execute the supplier compliance strategy that minimizes the risks and ensures continuity of supply. Finally, he or she will be responsible for creating and leading project action plans and directing and training teams needed to achieve key measures and results.



•    Track compliance metrics.
•    Drive compliance initiatives through supplier contact.
•    Serve internal customers with reports regarding compliance metrics.
•    Support suppliers with using TE compliance tools.
•    Train internal teams on compliance initiatives.
•    Assist in procurement audits.
•    Present to executive leadership summaries on open issues and projects including action plans and time lines for completion.
•    Support transfer of new products from development.
•    Able to work independently on a variety of problems. Exercises judgment within established procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
•    Lead process to implement and maintain tools to track and drive compliance.
•    Travel up to 10% including international travel may be required.
