TE Connectivity in Berwyn, PA is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to liaison with the leadership team regarding climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning. Oversee daily operations in collaboration with leadership team; Proactively manage complex global calendar; Oversee schedule and arrangements of meetings, events, and conferences both onsite and offsite. Develop and build relationships with the extended leadership team to increase the efficiency and responsiveness of existing operations. Working with the CIO and other leadership team members on special projects helps define new operational strategies. Serve as a subject-matter expert and liaison with Communications Leader to produce quarterly town halls and various Functional correspondences on behalf of Executive(s). Create, maintain, and distribute various quarterly surveys to gain employees' perspective; Develop action plans and assist with preparing and disseminating communications. Support leader(s) in developing informative and compelling executive messages, organizational announcements, and talking points. Understand the leader(s) 's priorities and proactively ensure adequate touchpoints with key stakeholders and team members, ongoing celebrations/recognitions, and social in-person engagement events for the leadership team. Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel. Daily review and prioritization of email and other correspondence. Support and track approvals for internal workflows such as travel requests and purchase order requisitions. Manage sensitive and highly confidential information with discretion and the utmost confidentiality. Telecommuting permitted.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in public administration, operations management, information technology management, or related field (or foreign equivalent), plus 4 years of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation. In the alternative, in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years’ experience, will accept 8 years of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable.
Special Requirements: Requires 4 years of experience with the following:
- Project Management and Reporting on projects.
- Business Acumen and Problem-Solving requiring innovative thinking and the ability to develop creative solutions to business challenges.
- Communication and Microsoft Suite Proficiency (in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and MS Teams).
- Digital Communication and Social Media Skills - using and managing social media platforms for communication purposes.
- Adaptability and Language Skills - in fast-paced work environments, with demonstrated ability to adapt to shifting deadlines and priorities.

Job Overview

Job Requirements
- Collaborating with relevant departments, managing schedules, handling logistics for meetings and team events, and creating, compiling, and distributing presentation materials.
- Working closely with the Senior Leadership team in coordinating their specific outreach activities, managing their departmental contracts, and acting as a bridge for communication between department members and the senior leaders.
- Supporting various administrative tasks of assigned Senior Executives to lead their organization, planning international, and domestic travel (incl. passport and visa applications), and managing expense reports.
- Assisting in the preparation and follow-up of strategic departmental initiatives, ensuring that action items from meetings are tracked, delegated, and completed in a timely manner, and providing regular updates to senior leaders on the progress of ongoing projects and key departmental metrics.
What your background should look like
Typically requires more than 6 years of related work experience. Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred. May be considered entry level for employees with Bachelor's degree in appropriate field or equivalent.
