Your main tasks

  • Ensure product and process quality compliance throughout the New Product Development lifecycle up to PPAP and SOP
  • Act as the main quality interface between customers and internal stakeholders during project execution
  • Lead and moderate Design and Process FMEAs according to AIAG/VDA standards
  • Support Manufacturing Engineering with statistical analyses (MSA, Cmk/Cpk, capability studies)
  • Create and maintain prototype, pre-launch, and safe-launch control plans
  • Drive a zero-defect mindset by proactively preventing quality incidents and customer complaints
  • Support audits, APQP activities, and promote quality standards and mindset within project teams

Your ideal background

  • Solid knowledge of APQP, PPAP/PPA, and quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001)
  • Experience with FMEA methodology and statistical quality tools (MSA, SPC, capability studies)
  • Familiarity with automotive production processes (e.g. assembly, molding)
  • Structured, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to lead quality topics independently
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills in an intercultural environment
  • Proficiency in English and the local language, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel within EMEA and engage in international project teams
