Your main tasks
- Ensure product and process quality compliance throughout the New Product Development lifecycle up to PPAP and SOP
- Act as the main quality interface between customers and internal stakeholders during project execution
- Lead and moderate Design and Process FMEAs according to AIAG/VDA standards
- Support Manufacturing Engineering with statistical analyses (MSA, Cmk/Cpk, capability studies)
- Create and maintain prototype, pre-launch, and safe-launch control plans
- Drive a zero-defect mindset by proactively preventing quality incidents and customer complaints
- Support audits, APQP activities, and promote quality standards and mindset within project teams
Your ideal background
- Solid knowledge of APQP, PPAP/PPA, and quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001)
- Experience with FMEA methodology and statistical quality tools (MSA, SPC, capability studies)
- Familiarity with automotive production processes (e.g. assembly, molding)
- Structured, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to lead quality topics independently
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills in an intercultural environment
- Proficiency in English and the local language, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel within EMEA and engage in international project teams
