Your main tasks

  • Managed end-to-end customer complaint handling using FRB and 8D methodologies, ensuring root cause analysis, corrective actions, and prevention of recurrence.
  • Acted as primary customer contact during escalations, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Drove continuous quality improvements by analysing KPIs (PPM, scrap, Pareto, CoPQ, SPC) and leading improvement projects.
  • Owned and maintained quality documentation (FMEA, Control Plans, QIPs) and ensured knowledge transfer across product groups.
  • Supported production to achieve serial output targets, ensuring process validation and efficiency.
  • Led and coordinated continuous improvement and standardisation initiatives across processes and products.
  • Collaborated cross-functionally (ME, QE, maintenance, programming) and contributed to DRBFM reviews.
  • Organized and led customer audits, ensuring compliance and closure of audit actions.
  • Managed and developed a Manufacturing Quality team, prioritising tasks, coaching employees, and facilitating Kaizen events.
  • Applied Lean principles (Gemba, LPA, 4DX) to drive accountability, performance, and operational excellence. 

Your ideal bakcground

  • Education level: you have a graduate or engineering degree.
  • You have a first leadership experience.
  • You are quality-conscious and you work in a precise and structured way.
  • Can act as a project leader.You have knowledge of process approval tools (e.g., Kedas, Solaras)
  • You have strong communication skills and you can motivate your team and make people enthusiastic.
  • Cooperation with your immediate colleagues is a must, so you are a team player.
  • You can judge objectively and independently and you are positively assertive in your communication, at all levels.
  • You like to work closely with your peers and customers and you can communicate fluently in English.
  • You have experience with quality tools (PPSR, 8D, 3x5 why, Ishikawa, FMEA, CP, SPC, auditing, …)
  • You have experience with measuring techniques and in reading a technical drawing.
  • You work fluently with office and specific applications TECHS.
  • You are flexible. If needed you are prepared to be present in various shifts for training and guiding employees.
  • You are prepared to share your knowledge with others.
