Your main responsabilities
- Acompanhamento de KPIs: recolha de dados, monotorização de indicadores e proposta de melhorias.
- Suporte ao controlo de custos: controle de custos logísticos e proposta de savings.
- Gestão operacional: apoio na otimização e coordenação do fluxo de materiais e processos logísticos. Gestão de equipamentos do sector, custos e disponibilidade dos mesmos.
- Compliance e documentação: atualização e implementação das instruções de trabalho e procedimentos. Suporte ao treino e formação das equipas.
- Safety: Delegado EHS e Ambiental.
- Qualidade: participação nas auditorias, formação, melhorias e ações corretivas.
- Melhoria contínua: melhorias operacionais e participação em projetos. TEOA Practicioner.
- Suporte à liderança: contribuição com dados e relatórios para tomada de decisão.
- SAP: manutenção de Material Master e implementação de novas ferramentas. WH Key User.
Your ideal background
- Licenciatura em Engenharia, Gestão ou Economia
- 3 anos de experiência em funções semelhantes
- Inglês fluente falado e escrito
- Gestão de projetos
- Experiência em SAP
- Pensamento analítico e critic
