CHANGE MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Change Management Coordinator (CMC) is the TE support contact for Change Management-related topics and is the interface between the customer and the TE internal functions. This position supports the organization to follow internal Change Management processes and proceeds with proper escalation in case of deviations. In addition, the CMC is responsible for informing via PCN (Product Change Notification) about all changes and updates related to the change such as implementation date updates or any other relevant and necessary information.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Core team member for all Automotive EMEA change management projects.
  • Prepare PCN (Product Change Notification) according to the internal TE procedures.
  • Ensure tracking of document availability in close cooperation with change owners during the planning phase for all changes in Automotive EMEA.
  • Creates ePPAP requests for Technical Approvals and impacted OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer).
  • Ensures follow-up of project timings according to defined process KPIs and proceeds with proper escalation in case of deviations.
  • Provide support to customer questionnaires and liaise with TE internal functions the respective feedback
  • Forward customer questionnaires to relevant Sales and PE teams for commercial and technical discussions 
  • Update when required the PCN documents with implementation dates or any other relevant updates.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Fluent English - verbal and writing
  • VDA / AIAG and PPAP requirements expert knowledge 
  • Technical documentation interpretation
  • Technical skills (Assembly, Moldings, Components etc)
  • Basic knowledge of Quality tools and methodologies 
  • Well organized, Strong personality, Target and Result-oriented
  • Highly skilled in Customer communication
