EMEA Mold (Toolshop) Leader

Job description:

Leading Manufacturing Engineering in company's largest EMEA location with automotive molding division
Development of the strategy roadmap for this division
Transformation of manufacturing technology from 2D to the 3D world
Support of product development through process simulation
Establish and implement new and stable manufacturing processes at market leader level
Coordinating the capacity utilization of the Molds division
Responsible for the industrialization of internally built injection molding tools in EMEA (time, cost, quality)
Technical coordination for injection moulding tools ordered from suppliers
Works closely with Manufacturing Engineering Toolshop Manager to drive strategy
Definition and specification of KPIs to achieve automotive goals
Drive continuous quality, process and cost optimization in EMEA (TEOA, Six Sigma, TPM, etc.)
Responsible for the implementation of customer requirements regarding quality and delivery
Benchmarking of our current mold manufacturing processes with the external market and regular review of key process-related challenges for further improvement

Ideal experience and knowledge:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
Professional experience on managerial position in multinational company
Experience in injection molding and/or tooling and/or dying
Experience in leading international teams
Lean and value stream-oriented thinking
Cost calculation capabilities
Assertiveness and high problem-solving competence
Fluency in English
