Job Overview
The HR Technology and Integration (T&I) organization was established as part of the HR team’s journey through digital transformation. Become a key project team member as we begin to implement Payroll & Time & Attendance as part of our global HR system using SuccessFactors and Workforce Software.
Working closely with our Implementation Partner the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the design meets in country needs. Additionally, they will work with our product support & HR services teams to establish support processes post go live.
The role will also work closely with our business process leads to establish best practices, identify & implement systems & process improvements for Payroll & T&A processes.
What your background should look like:
• Responsible for Payroll and oversight of Workforce Software Time & Attendance
• Key Project Team Member for the phased implementation of Payroll & T&A in 8 countries over a 3 year period across EMEA, AMER, & APAC regions working closely with our implementation partner
• Provides expertise in the design, development and implementation of our Global HRIS system & applications.
• Manage requirements review, configuration, testing, data migration, cut over and post go live support
• Partner closely with our HR Services & Solutions team & local country payroll teams to provide product knowledge & solutions.
• Streamline & continuously improve system configuration for Payroll & Time
• Researches solutions to support HR programs and processes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree (or equivalent); advanced degree preferred.
• 4+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP Payroll
• Minimum of 1 Full Life-cycle implementations of SAP Payroll from planning to configuration through go-live
• Strong functional knowledge of the system
• Deep knowledge of payroll processing
• Proficiency in payroll processes, payroll clusters, off-cycle payments, 3rd party remittance, benefits and process models
• Experience in time recording, management & evaluation desired (Workforce Software, Kronos, or equivalent.)
• Ability to communicate recommendations and solutions to non-technical clients and end users.
• Experience building and executing test scripts for HR information system upgrades and enhancements.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
