Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales, Pricing, and Operations to align Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy with financial planning.
- Lead forecasting cycles for Sales, Margin, and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Analyze internal and external financial data to deliver actionable business recommendations.
- Support S&OP processes and participate in regional demand planning discussions.
- Prepare and deliver weekly flash reports with clear performance storytelling for business leaders.
- Monitor and drive improvement in AR metrics, including DSO and Past Due performance.
- Perform root-cause analysis on forecast and performance variances and propose corrective actions.
- Support pricing and rebate analysis, ensuring decisions drive sustainable profitability.
- Maintain accruals and perform balance sheet reconciliations in line with financial standards.
- Drive process standardization, digitization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to TEOAF maturity and BPI survey objectives.
What your background should look like
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience in forecasting, variance, and performance analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Strong business communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Pricing, and Operations.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA preferred).
- Experience supporting GTM strategy, pricing, customer segmentation, and commercial analysis.
- Familiarity with TEOAF and BPI frameworks.
- Exposure to regional or international finance environments.
