Digital Platforms & Ops Analyst I

Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Digital Platforms & Operations teams understand TE’s business and digital strategies to optimize our sales and marketing automation processes to define, implement, manage, and optimize TE’s online commerce capabilities and services, digital platforms and processes (e.g.,, E-Commerce, SMA, CRM,, Eloqua, SFDC, AEM, etc.). They collaborate with others regarding data standards and resolve issues that may impact marketing automation activities and with IT to help them understand the business requirements that determine the analysis and design of effective technical solutions. They monitor features and functionalities to enhance capabilities; ensure quality of releases, testing and validating that the requirements are met. Being a member of these teams requires thorough knowledge of marketing automation principles and practices and advanced knowledge of campaign set-up and management, form development and management, segment management, reporting, contact and content management and lead.

What your background should look like:

Prime Roles and responsibilities:   
• Document team and project progress for visibility to Tech Pillar owners and team management
• Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, and budgets for approved Channel pro-jects
• Manage the creation and tracking of support and enhancement tickets in support of all technol-ogies within the Channel portfolio
• Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project, including Project Charters, Requirement Docs, etc.
• Provide project management or technical routing support for Channel’s Pipeline Management pillar, including technologies such as SFDC, SAP and others.

Core Competencies Required: 

80-90 percent
• Strong program/project management skills including budgetary and on time delivery
• Capable of holding other non-direct reports accountable based on project commitments
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable providing high-level reports for Channel management showing project pipeline activity and progress against goals
• Coordination and facilitation of routine project check-in meetings with key stakeholders to help document project status, including concerns, delays, risks and dependencies

10-20 percent
• SFDC admin in support of Pipeline Management pillar. 
• System admin for other Channel technologies, as identified

Key Qualifications, Experiences and Knowledge:


• University degree in a related subject or equivalent work experience in program/project management with emphasis on technology implementation
• Good experience in project/program management 
• Experience in leading and developing teams is a plus
• Familiar with managing/working in matrix project teams 
• Flexibility to work closely with a global team 
• Ability to work from home
