Job Overview

IT Operations Analyst is responsible for providing IT support for all onsite infrastructure related items & (PCs, printers, network, Internet, servers) and software (Microsoft applications, Cloud) based on customer requests and business requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Computer hard- and software installations incl. network integration
  • Maintain and support PC’s / Notebooks / Tablets / Smartphones / Printers incl. peripheral devices in the different country TE locations
  • Maintain & support network in manufacturing incl. machine PC’s etc.
  • 1st and 2nd level user and tech-support in cooperation with a partner (IBM Service Desk)
  • Responsible for Virus protection, data backup, documentation, license management, SCCM reporting, compliance
  • Assist with server installation and administration in cooperation with a partner (IBM)
  • Assist with network (LAN) installation (Router, Firewalls, Aruba WiFi, etc.), Network switches configuration and installation
  • Domain administration (Active Directory, Group-Policy, User & Group permission administration)
  • Intranet and SharePoint administration and maintenance
  • Setup and maintenance of Databases (if applicable)
  • Support any acquisition and/or divestitures of TE
  • Various migrations/upgrades within TE locations (PC, LAN, WAN, Servers, Printers, Smartphones, VOIP, etc.)

  • Active Directory
  • VOIP
  • Wiring
  • Capability to interact with customers with problem analysis and determination; “Customer advocacy”
  • Capability to interact with global teams & external partners
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • English (Written and Oral) excellent is a must
  • Project management skill
  • Lowest level: 3-4 years
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education (Computer Science)
  • Desirable CCNA, Microsoft Certifications
