Job Overview
Monitors and troubleshoots application issues, performing root cause analysis and ensuring timely resolution of problems.
Job Requirements
- Coordinating with the vendors to resolve technical problems, monitoring the processes and procedures, and documenting them.
- Generating operational performance reports, analysis to improve IT service request and incident management processes, and suggesting improvements.
- Monitoring the scheduled programs, taking necessary actions against abnormal program terminations, and escalating complex issues to appropriate technical teams.
- Developing plans, schedules, and requirements for the installation, supporting the maintenance of software and reporting recurring problems, and giving recommendations for procurement.
What your background should look like
Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field or local equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible professional level experience.
