Job Requirements

  • Evaluating new product developments, capital investments, and product extensions and providing insights for new projects and investment opportunities.
  • Preparing the monthly, quarterly and annual financial targets through analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and communicating it to multiple stakeholders.
  • Researching and performing financial analysis to identify product pricing and rebate agreements, supporting business decisions, and ensuring teams make decisions that drive profitable growth.
  • Analyzing financial data and preparing accounting and other required reports and projections based on the findings.

What your background should look like

The Americas Commercial Finance Analyst will serve as a strategic finance partner for the ICT Business Unit, supporting commercial decision-making through financial insights, forecasting, and performance analysis. This role is key to aligning business strategy with financial commitments and driving continuous improvement across the region.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales, Pricing, and Operations to align GTM strategy with financial planning.
  • Lead forecasting cycles for Sales, Margin, and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Analyze internal and external data to generate actionable recommendations.
  • Support S&OP processes and participate in regional demand planning calls.
  • Deliver weekly flash reports with performance storytelling for business leaders.
  • Monitor and improve AR metrics, including DSO and Past Due performance.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis and propose corrective actions for forecast variances.
  • Maintain accruals and perform balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Drive process standardization, digitization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to TEOAF maturity and BPI survey goals.

 

Requirements

 

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, TED,).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Pricing, and Operations.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA).
  • Experience with GTM strategy, customer segmentation, and pricing analysis.
  • Familiarity with TEOAF and BPI frameworks.
  • Exposure to international or regional finance environments.
