Job Overview

This role supports the optimization and management of the Strategy Development and Deployment process in ICT Operations. This highly organized individual will conduct ad-hoc strategy analyses and reports.

Responsibilities

•    Assist leadership to shape the company’s long term strategies and develop execution plans.
•    Build and/or maintain strategy execution dashboards and reporting suite, which provide valuable insights on metrics, trends, and KPIs.
•    Work closely with each function leader in Operations to align goals, consolidate initiatives, plan resources, establish execution timelines with priorities.
•    Support the root causes analysis for any misses and assist the implementation of deploy countermeasures and resources to help close those gaps and get back on track
•    Be an agent of change by being agile, quickly identifying issues and driving process improvements.
•    Scope and plan analyses, understand the required data and deliver timely analysis. Analyze data and translate findings into meaningful, actionable insights and recommendations.
•    Prepare annual strategic plan presentation for Leadership and internally communication 
 

What your background should look like:

•    Bilingual in English and Spanish reading, writing, and speaking
•    Advanced MS Excel skills are essential, with an emphasis on the ability to access and manipulate data from a variety of sources.
•    Demonstrated strategic thinking abilities
•    Self-motivated / directed, and can easily function in a high-demand, high-performance culture
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•    Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross functionally to resolve issues
•    Comfort tackling multiple project concurrently, supporting multiple stakeholders
•    2+ years of work experience in strategy, business development or consulting
•    Must be detail oriented
•    Proactive mindset
•    Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving and problem identification.
•    Ability to structure logically quantitative analyses of complex issues.
•    Advanced MS Excel skills are essential, with an emphasis on the ability to access and manipulate data from a variety of sources.
•    Ability to operate within a cross-functional environment. Willingness to accept immediate project responsibility.
•    Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work independently and use proper judgment.
•    Thorough knowledge of general accounting practices and theory
•    Work experience in manufacturing environment is preferred
•    Strong data analytical skills and logical thinking
•    Large scale project management experience preferred
•    Strong communication abilities (written and verbal)
•    Ability to drive accountability and operational tempo amongst core team
•    Ability to work independently and remotely as part of a virtual team 
•    The capability to travel dogmatically and internationally
