Job Overview

  • Selbstständige Produktion von Steckverbindern gemäß Fertigungsauftrag auf zugewiesenen Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs unter Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits-, Termin- und Produktivitätsvorgaben
  • Rüsten, Einrichten und Bedienen von Produktionsanlagen nach definierten Standards
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation von Qualitätsprüfungen im Rahmen der Werkerselbstprüfung
  • Eigenständige Analyse, Behebung und Dokumentation von Störungen sowie Durchführung von Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen und Anlagen zur Steigerung von Qualität und Effizienz
  • Mitwirkung bei Lean-, TPM-, 5S- und KVP-Maßnahmen
  • Materialbestellung und Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit für Fertigungsaufträge
  • Vorbereitung und Teilnahme am täglichen Shopfloor-Management
  • Unterstützung bei Verlagerungsprojekten und der Inbetriebnahme von Anlagen
  • Einarbeitung und fachliche Unterstützung neuer Mitarbeitender im Produktionsbereich

What your background should look like

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, z. B. als Industriemechaniker, Werkzeugmechaniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Bedienung und Einrichtung von Produktionsanlagen, idealerweise in einer automatisierten Serienfertigung
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis sowie Kenntnisse in Pneumatik und Sensorik von Vorteil
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie Verständnis für Produktivität, Liefertermintreue und kontinuierliche Verbesserungen
  • Sicherer und verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit Produktionsanlagen und Prüfmitteln
  • Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative
  • Fähigkeit, Fehler systematisch zu analysieren und verständlich zu kommunizieren
  • Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität im Umgang mit einem dynamischen Produktionsumfeld und Mehrmaschinenbedienung
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP und MES-Systemen (z. B. Hydra)
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtbetrieb
