Performs comprehensive design or testing of samples and prototypes, products, components, and work-in-progress with minimal supervision.

Job Requirements

• Testing moderately complex components, products or systems under development for conformity to specifications and proper functioning; documenting and analyzing results, and re-testing as appropriate.
• Guiding and assisting less experienced technicians to ensure they meet or exceed established performance goals and enhance their knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Developing advanced CAD models.
• Using complex instruments, testing equipment, and gauges in their work to test, study, report, and provide recommendations for continual product or process improvement.

What your background should look like

Typically requires 4-5 years or more of related work experience. Requires high school diploma. Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred.
