Mission principale

La fonction Responsable HSE met en œuvre et anime la politique HSE du Groupe sur le site.
Elle veille à la conformité réglementaire en matière de santé, sécurité et environnement, pilote les actions de prévention des risques et accompagne les équipes dans l’amélioration continue des pratiques HSE.

  • Rattachement hiérarchique : Direction de site
  • Collaboration avec : Production et fonctions support, réseau EHS France/Europe/BU
  • Interactions externes : DREAL, organismes réglementaires, fournisseurs

Responsabilités clés

  • Déployer et animer les systèmes de management Environnement & Hygiène/Sécurité
  • Assurer la veille réglementaire et garantir la conformité légale
  • Gérer les relations avec les autorités (DREAL…) et assurer les déclarations obligatoires
  • Concevoir, mettre à jour et piloter le Document Unique
  • Réaliser audits internes et externes (ISO/OHSAS, TE, clients)
  • Contribuer à l’objectif zéro accident via des actions de prévention et de correction
  • Préparer et animer les réunions CSSCT
  • Développer la culture HSE : sensibilisation, formations, communication
  • Manager l’équipe EHS du site
  • Assurer le suivi déchets et la mise à disposition des fiches de données de sécurité

Profil Idéale

  • Maîtrise des réglementations HSE (Code du Travail, ICPE, REACH, TMD…)
  • Anglais courant
  • Connaissance des systèmes de management ISO
  • Leadership, communication et capacité à fédérer
  • Sens de la prévention et de l’anticipation
  • Organisation, rigueur et gestion des priorités
  • Capacité à former, accompagner et gérer des situations complexes
  • Force de proposition et orientation résultats

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
