Job Overview

TE Connectivity fournit des solutions d’interconnexion haute performance pour des environnements extrêmes, soutenant des applications critiques dans l’aviation, l’espace, les véhicules terrestres et l’énergie offshore

Responsabilités clés

  • APQP : Suivi des livrables APQP dans le processus Lean PD (revues, audits, documentation).
  • Plan Qualité : Élaborer et maintenir les plans d’inspection qualité (QIP) selon plans et GD&T.
  • Caractéristiques critiques : Identifier et documenter les caractéristiques clés pour le contrôle des procédés.
  • Systèmes de mesure : Gérer les besoins en outillage et la conformité des étalonnages.
  • Analyse de données : Exploiter les indicateurs qualité (PPM, CPK, COPQ) via Minitab/JMP pour analyses et actions correctives.
  • Gestion des risques : Participer aux AMDEC produit/processus et garantir la conformité aux standards TE et clients.
  • Documentation digitale : Intégrer les exigences AS9145 et PPAP numériques dans les processus NPI.
  • Amélioration continue : Contribuer aux initiatives de standardisation et aux retours d’expérience (FAI, PPAP, DQIP).

 

Profil recherché

  • Diplôme d’ingénieur ou équivalent en production/qualité.
  • 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en qualité dans l’aéronautique ou secteur réglementé.
  • Maîtrise APQP, AMDEC, PPAP, GD&T, outils statistiques et résolution de problèmes (Ishikawa, 5 Why, 8D).
  • Anglais professionnel requis.
  • Déplacements : 10–15 % (France & Europe).

Atouts supplémentaires

  • Connaissance AS9145 et normes qualité aéronautiques.
  • Certification Six Sigma Green Belt.
  • Expérience PPAP et systèmes digitaux qualité.

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field or local equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible professional level experience
