Job Requirements
Missions:
- Gérer le domaine technique d’une famille de produits.
- Innover, concevoir et optimiser les produits existants afin de répondre aux exigences clients à partir de documents et spécifications techniques.
- Assurer le rôle de référent technique sur les produits de votre périmètre.
- Apporter un support opérationnel aux lignes de produits ainsi qu’au bureau d’études.
- Piloter et maintenir les reconductions de qualification, et participer activement aux comités de normalisation
- Définir les plans de tests, suivre la conception des prototypes et garantir la conformité technique.
- Suivre et mettre à jour les dossiers techniques : liasses de plans, fichiers 3D, fiches techniques et tout autre document nécessaire à l’industrialisation.
- Participer aux analyses AMDEC (produit/process).
- Apporter un soutien technique aux techniciens pour les sujets complexes et à forte charge de travail.
- Être un interlocuteur technique pour les autres services (production, qualité, achats, supply chain…).
- Contribuer à la démarche d’amélioration continue (TEOA) et proposer des actions de progrès.
- Mener ces activités en autonomie partielle, avec validation d’un ingénieur senior ou du responsable selon les sujets.
Profil Idéale:
- Maîtrise des étapes de conception produit.
- Connaissances en résistance des matériaux, métallurgie, plasturgie, mécanique et électricité.
- Bonne compréhension des différents procédés de fabrication.
- Maîtrise des logiciels : CAO, SAP, outils bureautiques.
- Connaissance et application des normes en vigueur.
- Anglais technique

- Excellentes capacités de communication avec une grande diversité d’interlocuteurs (y compris clients).
- Diplomatie, sens du relationnel et orientation client (interne et externe).
