Job Description: 

Responsabilidades

  • Garantir a qualidade interna e externa dos produtos, assegurando a satisfação do cliente.
  • Gerir reclamações e devoluções de clientes, conduzindo análises de causa raiz e implementação de ações corretivas.
  • Desenvolver e manter documentação da qualidade, incluindo Planos de Controlo, QIP, FMEA e PPAP.
  • Participar em auditorias internas, externas e de clientes, garantindo o cumprimento dos requisitos de qualidade.
  • Suportar a introdução de novos produtos, processos e meios de fabrico.
  • Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho da qualidade (KPI's) e promover iniciativas de melhoria contínua.
  • Colaborar com equipas multidisciplinares na resolução de não conformidades e prevenção de defeitos.
  • Assegurar o cumprimento dos procedimentos e normas de qualidade aplicáveis.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura em Engenharia ou área relevante.
  • Experiência mínima de 2 anos em funções de Qualidade ou Manufatura.
  • Conhecimentos de Inglês.
  • Domínio das ferramentas Microsoft Office.
  • Conhecimento de Core Tools (PPAP, FMEA, MSA, APQP) e metodologias de resolução de problemas (8D, PPSR) será valorizado.
  • Capacidade analítica, orientação para resultados, espírito de equipa e foco na melhoria contínua.
