HR Generalist with Spanish (Remote)

Job Overview

As part of Iberia HR team, you will support Spain managers and employees in a variety of HR policies and programs in the areas of HRIS/Compensation/benefits, Staffing, Personnel administration, employee relations and organizational development and training.

Responsibilities & Profile

Tasks & Responsibilities

You will focus on providing HR professional services to a group of managers and employees in Spain, responsibilities may include:
-    Advice and counsel on HR matters to improve individual, team and management effectiveness.
-    Coordinate staffing activities with managers and Talent attraction team.
-    With guidance, interprets and communicates company policies and ensures legal compliance.
-    Helps develop, modify and deliver training and engagement programs.
-    Participates in talent processes advising managers and employees.
-    Supports payroll and personnel administration activities.

  • Human Resources related bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Ms Office advanced user
  • At least 2-3 years experience performing HR generalist roles, preferred in international companies (At least Spain and Portugal)
  • Available for a fixed term contract
  • Possibility of remote work



  • Experience with HRIS (SAP/Successfactors)
  • Knowledge of Portuguese
  • Knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese labor legislation
