Job Overview

As part of HR Solutions team, you will be joining a group of professionals who are passionate about ensuring the future growth of the business while maintaining integrity, taking accountability, working together and continually improving to ensure constant innovation and openness to change. Proactively seeks to identify and resolve issues driving HR operational excellence through TEOA (TE’s Continuous Improvement Program).

Responsibilities & Profile

Main tasks/ responsibilities

  • Proactively drive effective HR solutions and help support the integration process;
  • Build leader capability, improving workforce capability and positive employee relations practices.
  • Provide coaching and consulting to managers
  • Understand business cycles and talent needs of the organization to develop human capital strategies to build the capability of the workforce to meet business goals.
  • Manage recruiting and staffing initiatives
  • Facilitate HR and Organizational Development training resources to local Managers to assist them in developing their people management skills.
  • Internal academy assessment and management in alignment with HR direction
  • Work with the HR Innovation Centers on C&B management and payroll
  • Employs, agile thinking that is clear, rational, open-minded and informed by evidence to design and deliver expert HR Solutions that solve business challenges
  • Ability to execute HR Solutions Projects for the region by engaging with key stakeholders


  • Bachelor degree or above or equivalent experience; HR related major preferred;
  • 10+ years of experience within Human Resources; 
  • Proactive, positive, happy and willing to enroll a great team in a fast paced environment
  • Generalist capacity, offering a broad range of expertise within HR Generalist, Employee Relations, Integration Management, Talent;
  • Recruitment, Training , Coaching and Development knowlegde
  • Portuguese native and English required;
  • Experience partnering with business leaders and HR Business Partners in a matrixed environment requiring influencing  skills
  • Must have an effective balance between strategic and tactical implementation skills.
  • Ability to provide innovative solutions and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to act as a credible coach and facilitator and a credible role model for effective leadership and performance.
  • Perform aligned with HR solutions Manager  to whom shall provide support. 
  • Reports to HR Soluctions Manager
  • ASAP availability – remote work 70% possible to be arranged
