Job Overview
Reviews and finalizes financial reports prepared by junior team members; maintains existing financial models and supports management in strategic and financial decisions.
Your main tasks
Consolidate and analyse actual results and forecasts for SV Ops performance (sites, regions, plants) providing variance analysis and insights on gross margin, productivity and inventory.
Support on leading cross-functional initiatives such as product costing, footprint projects, capex projects and process standardization.
Support on driving financial performance across material and conversion costs, including monitoring, forecasting and identifying improvement opportunities.
Partner with operations to support transformation and productivity projects, ensuring sound financial analysis and scenario modelling.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and promote best-in-class cost visibility, reporting and decision support
Your ideal Background
University Degree or equivalent in Economic, finance, or Accounting
Three+ years of relevant work experience in Controlling Department, preferably in production facility in International Environment
Fluent English (verbal/written)
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
Accurate, systematic, and independent work style
Ability to work under pressure, flexibility during peak forecast/ closing periods
Willingness for self-development and ambition to reach the next career steps within the organization
Good communication skills to interact within different levels and functions of organization
Understanding of product costing, management accounting
Familiarity with SAP, excel & data manipulation
