- Perform cost assessments throughout all project phases, aligning with the product development process (Concept, Design, Industrialization).
- Conduct capital analysis, including ROI, Payback, Operating Income, and Break-Even Point (Full Product P&L).
- Support lifetime cost calculations across all project stages, optimizing cost cycles in collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product Engineering, Product Management, Purchasing, and Manufacturing Engineering.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new methodologies for emerging product families.
- Drive continuous cost improvement initiatives and target costing strategies.
- Actively participate in interdisciplinary functional/core teams to support project success.
- Collaborate closely with Project Controlling and Project Leads to ensure financial alignment.
Your ideal background:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional experience in finance, production, or cost management within manufacturing industry.
