Your main tasks:
- Regional Product Strategy & Implementation: Define and execute EMEA product strategy aligned with global plans, driving sales, tech, operations, and financial objectives for heavy-duty connectors.
- Sales Collaboration & Customer Support: Partner closely with sales teams to enhance revenue and foster strong customer relationships through customized solutions tailored to industrial needs.
- Pricing Strategy & Optimization: Develop and refine competitive pricing strategies across EMEA markets to maximize profitability and expand market share.
- Demand Planning & Forecasting: Utilize market insights and sales data to generate precise forecasts, collaborating with supply chain teams to optimize inventory management for heavy-duty connectors.
- Product Launch & Market Penetration: Lead the introduction of new products in EMEA, crafting effective market entry strategies and supporting initiatives with targeted sales and marketing tools.
- Competitor Analysis & Market Monitoring: Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics, identifying opportunities and threats within the heavy-duty connector segment.
- Voice of the Customer (VoC): Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous product enhancements and innovations in heavy-duty connectors.
- Global Product Management Collaboration: Contribute regional insights to shape and support the global product roadmap for heavy-duty connectors.
Your ideal background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent. MBA preferred.
- Fluency in English
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in product management, sales, or marketing within the industrial sector.
- Technical knowledge of connector products and industrial applications is advantageous.
- Familiarity with the EMEA market landscape, including key industry trends, customer segments, and competitive dynamics in industrial automation and electrification.
- Proven track record in developing and executing pricing strategies, negotiating with customers, and driving profitable sales growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess market opportunities and financial performance, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the capability to collaborate effectively across teams and cultivate robust customer relationships
