Senior LEAN Engineer
Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Continuous Improvement Teams design and implement programs and projects to improve products, services, or processes aligned with business strategies. They coach teams; establish program performance metrics; and establish process excellence supports.#ZKS
- Plan and change the layout of production lines, keep layout plans and installation instructions up to date
- Evaluation of equipment / workplaces, tools from ergonomic point of view, proposals in case of problems
- Perform calculations and analyze on labor utilization, facility layout, and operational data (e.g., production costs, flowcharts, production schedules), determine efficient utilization of labor and equipment, and make recommendations for load optimization
- Reduce cycle time, perform time calculations, set pace times and split times
- Design and develop the production processes of the new product as well as considering the pace time, cycle time and the need for direct labor
- Evaluation of the results obtained during the prototype production and test runs, and regular feedback giving to the other teams
- Initiate continuous development opportunities, search for modern production technologies and methods, identification of possible application areas

What your background should look like:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferably Mechanical Engineer, Mechatronics Engineer)
- Similar, at least 3 years of hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing or assembly lines
- Good command of written and verbal Hungarian and English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, initiative personality and good team player
- Commitment to continuous learning
