Problem Solving Expert
Job Scope
The Technical Problem Expert oversees the plant Problem Solving activity. She/He coordinates cross functional teams to solve complex and difficult manufacturing problems, which impact quality/output. She/He contributes to the project selection that will have high impact on plant metrics. She/he coaches plant problem solvers and ensures their development.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Solve complex and difficult technical problems from quality/output perspective
- Apply diligently a structured problem-solving methodology (Shainin, Six Sigma or equivalent)
- Proactively anticipate roadblocks to find solutions and escalate when needed
- Define priorities and ensure methodologies are correctly applied across functions
- Report on project progress, people development, cost-saving
- Coordinating the introduction of plant level systems
Ideal Background
- Finished engineering degree (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or similar etc.)
- We Welcome Fresh-grads with a motivated attitude, we can teach you the methodology if you bring the right mindset
- Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals
- Good English and Hungarian (written & spoken)

Advantages
- Experience in coaching and training would be a plus
- Ability to develop dashboards (PowerBI) is a nice to have
- Application of Data Science (Python, R) would be a big advantage
- Familiarity with problem-solving methodology (Shainin, Six Sigma or equivalent
- Familiarity with QRQC (Quick response quality control)
