Implements and improves manufacturing techniques, processes, tooling, and machinery to optimize quality and output levels.

Job Scope

• Conducting knowledge of molding techniques and manufacturing processes which may include the optimization and standardization of molding processes within the manufacturing environment
• Design and develop manufacturing process platforms and automation platforms, and apply these for the realization of new product developments as well as optimization of existing products already in production
• Continuous monitoring of production losses and defining and implementing actions to reduce them
• Analyse the technical problems that arise in production and propose solutions
• Selection and optimization of tools for piece part production and the selection of the most suitable manufacturing concepts
• Support research and development teams to produce sample manufacturing equipment, product samples and prototypes 

Ideal Candidate

• Finished Bsc or Msc university studies in Engineering domain (Polymer/Materials Engineering is a plus)
• Experience in manufacturing/process engineering or similar technical field
• Experience in injection molding, overmolding or polymer material field
• Conversational English and Hungarian
• Proactive mindset and excellent communication skills
