Job Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Provision and maintenance of the IT infrastructure in our manufacturing site in Tát
- Windows Client Support - hardware and software for desktops & laptops
- Installation and maintenance of Windows client operating system as well as Office 365 applications and various business management system
- Installation and configuration of network printers, Mobile computers, Smartphones
- First and second level support for our employees in the office and production area in IT related matters
- Responsibilities in the area of network cabling and device configuration. Connect devices to the internal network
- Application of the group-wide compliancy guidelines in our environment
- Active Directory user / device and permission management
- Maintenance of local virtual and physical servers
- Complete IT asset management from device procurement until decommission
- Willing to hold user trainings, tech-talks
- Cooperation with other teams within the global and local organization to fulfill business requirements
What your background should look like:
- Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Good general IT knowledge in the area of client operating systems (Windows OS) as well as hardware and software
- Knowledge of Office 365 (Outlook, Skype for Business, OneDrive, OneNote, MS Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Excel Visual Basic is good to have
- Experiences in a structured network environment is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of VMware, previous experience with windows servers
- Good written and spoken English skills
- B category driving license
- Good communication, and teamwork spirit
- Proactive and solution-oriented behavior
- Accuracy in assigned tasks and reliability in meeting deadlines and targets
