Job Overview
Join TE Connectivity, a leading global technology company, where we shape the solutions of the future. We are looking for an HR Controller to support data-driven decision-making and contribute to the development of human resources strategy at our Esztergom location.
Your tasks will be:
1. Data collection and measurement:
• Collect and maintain relevant HR data (salary data, turnover, absenteeism, recruitment and training costs, etc.)
• Develop and continuously monitor KPIs
• Ensure data quality
2. Analysis:
• Analyze HR data, identify trends and patterns
• Examine cause-and-effect relationships (e.g. training costs and performance)
• Perform industry benchmarking
3. Planning and budgeting:
• Support workforce planning with data-driven forecasts
• Plan, monitor HR budgets and analyze variances
4. Reporting:
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports for management level
• Prepare presentations, graphs and visualizations
5. Auditing and controlling:
• Evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs
• Prepare cost-effectiveness analyses
• Ensure compliance with legal and internal regulations requirements
6. Consulting:
• Providing data-based consulting to management
• Supporting HR team in optimizing processes
What we expect from you:
• Higher education (in Economics, HR or Controlling)
• Experience in HR controlling or a similar position
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
• High level of Excel knowledge, knowledge of HR reporting systems is an advantage
• Communicative English language skills
