Job Overview
Responsibilities:
- Partner with local and regional management to drive business success.
- Lead a team of 8 in local controlling, focusing on talent management and professional development.
- Improve financial and operational performance through forecasting, budgeting, and tracking.
- Manage all plant reporting, including budgeting, month-end processes, and productivity projects.
- Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support internal and external audits of the manufacturing site.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum four years’ experience in manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of process controls and procedures.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Experience working in a matrix reporting structure.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and MS Office applications.
