Segment, Business Unit or Corporate Group This position will be part of CORPORATE/GLOBAL EHS OPERATIONS --Supporting all TE Segments and Business Units, the Global EHS Operations group collaborates with approximately 600 EHS Leads around the world on TE's EHS Management System.
Work Location The location for this position is REMOTE.
What your background should look like:
An EHS Instructional Designer is responsible for creating compelling learning activities and course content, working with subject matter experts to identify training needs, applying instructional design theories and methods, and utilizing multimedia tools to enhance the learning process. The job involves defining and documenting learning objectives, conducting research, creating instructional material, and designing content to optimize learning.

Support the ongoing content creation and maintenance needs of TE’s Global EHS Operations Learning & Development team’s robust digital training and learning materials.
Create new high-quality application, product, system enhancement, and translated instructor-led and eLearning courses for internal Customers.
Work with a diverse global team located in different time zones that requires occasional scheduling flexibility to meet business needs.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $18.65--$38.84/HOUR (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
