Tasks and Responsibilities
- Performing occupational health and safety risk assessments on dedicated departments, participation in planning and implementing risk mitigation measures
- Participation in EHS inspections and incident investigations, checking obligatory Health and Safety items
- Active support of EH&S management systems according to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
- Facilitate EHS trainings regularly (in rotation with other EHS colleagues)
- Evaluation of changes in the layout plans, machinery and manufacturing processes and technologies
- Taking part in internal and external audits, as well as regulatory inspections (Including inspection of EHS-related contractors working onsite)
- Cooperation with regional subject matter experts and managers
- Participation in the regional EHS audit program
Ideal Background
- Finished Occupational Health and Safety Technician or higher degree (Fire Protection Certificate is an advantage)
- Intermediate communication level in English
- At least 5 years of experience in EHS field in manufacturing company
- Confident user skills of MS Office
