Your Tasks:
- Active and independent collaboration on HR topics throughout the entire HR lifecycle
- Recruiting support: applicant communication, creating and placing job advertisements
- Support with onboarding and offboarding
- Assistance with creating reports and statistics
- Organization of further training measures and courses
- Collaboration in the preparation and implementation of audits
- Development and maintenance of the HR Sharepoint
- Active participation in current strategic HR projects
Your Profile:
- Student (m/f/d) of business administration or economic
- Initial practical experience in human resources is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Confident user of MS Office programs, especially Excel and Word
- Strong customer and service orientation and excellent communication skills
- Quick comprehension and a careful and conscientious approach to work
- Responsible and discreet handling of information
- Very good German and good English skills
