Development and optimization of processes for adjustment, calibration and testing of samples and series products and technical management of these processes

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

  • Project manager (technical lead) to design and build sensor products/systems for mobility applications (car/ICT) Conceptual design (interface function to development, quality, project management, etc.) 
  • Support of product development from the design phase to series production 
  • Review of efficiency and effectiveness of processes for adjustment and calibration of sensors 
  • Contact person for suppliers/plant manufacturers during commissioning and operation of production plants 
  • Support in the preparation and implementation of operational and audit requirements for machines, plants and processes in the automotive environment 
  • Active cooperation in the analysis of customer returns and production failures 
  • Innovation 
  • Management of advance technology development in the area of measurement/calibration 
  • Guidance of junior and senior professionals (mentorship) 
  • Application of statistical methods for process development and optimization


What you should bring with you:

  • Completed technical, or university studies in a technical field, e.g. electrical engineering, technical computer science or comparable training 
  • several years of professional experience in a similar function
  • Very good knowledge of electrical engineering (measurement technology and digital signal processing) 
  • Good mathematical and physical understanding 
  • Knowledge of software development (e.g. LabView) 
  • Fluent German and English 
  • Knowledge in the application of statistical methods and tools for continuous improvement (e.g. Design for Six Sigma) 
  • Very good deep understanding of interface area, interdisciplinary process knowledge, deep understanding of product functions
