Job Overview


TE Connectivity's Project Management Teams are responsible for managing the operational aspects of projects from inception through implementation. They coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as liaison between project management and planning, project teams and line management. Our Teams review status of projects and budgets, manage schedules and prepare status reports. They assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. They also develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.


  • Project management from the offer phase to the introduction into series production
  • Creation of the project plan taking into account the customer milestones and in close coordination with the specialist departments
  • Coordination and documentation of the project team's work packages within the defined schedule
  • Independent control and reporting of project progress and project costs
  • Contact person for customers and interdepartmental interface within the project team

What your background should look like:


  • Completed university education in the technical or commercial field
  • Initial work experience (e.g. as a student trainee) desirable, ideally 2-5 years of experience in a project management-related field
  • MS Project experience is an advantage
  • Good organisational and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a team, structured and independently
  • Knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken, is a must
