Account Manager

Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Account Management Teams are responsible for selling TE's products, systems or services, providing detailed technical product information and maintaining relationships with customers in assigned geographic territory, industry or accounts.

• Revenue growth
• Pipeline growth
• Conversion of NBO
• Develop business from lead-generation/-qualification to contracts for series production

Task Summary and Responsibilities

• Driving sales and business negotiations.
• Translating market opportunities into specific sales activities thereby enabling the company to increase its sales and profit.
• Managing your schedule and planning visits to customers.
• Technical consulting within the scope of offered customized imaging & microelectronic packaging solutions
• Preparation of offers and technical documentation.
• Reporting of current sales activities.
• Participation in trade fairs
• Disciplined internal reporting of projects and other business activities through

Special Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills

• At least a BSc degree (graduation from economics or technology-related field would be a plus)
• 5-7 years of experience in Sales
• Experienced and excited in selling high-tech Products/Services that need explanation 
• Knowledge in the field of camera/image sensor technology or microelectronic packaging is a plus
• Knowledge of selling customized imaging & microelectronic packaging solutions
• Enthusiasm with high-tech; ability to consult and coach customer and team to bring (sales) projects to the successful end
• Ability to establish and maintain business relationships
• Ability to negotiate and think strategically 
• Great communications skills.
• Bilingual in German and English 
• Being open minded and being able to work in dynamic environment.
• Readiness for frequent business traveling and working in task-based work time (50-75%)
