Your Daily Tasks:
•    Drive sales growth and increase market share through distributor partners across the Nordics.
•    Build strong relationships with distributors and support key customer engagements.
•    Own distributor performance, pipeline management, and POS target achievement.
•    Act as the primary commercial contact for TE products within the distribution channel.
•    Execute distributor business plans and align priorities with TE business units.
•    Conduct market reviews, identify growth opportunities, and monitor competitive activity.
•    Coordinate sales initiatives and ensure effective execution across distributor branches.

 

Your Ideal Background:
•    Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
•    5–10 years of experience in sales, channel management, or business development.
•    Proven ability to grow revenue through distributor or partner networks.
•    Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
•    Analytical mindset with experience in market and competitive analysis.
•    Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
•    Willingness to travel extensively across the region (>50%).
